By booking online, you help us reduce waiting times in the lobby and ensure that a specialist for your specific request is available. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. Please keep this email safe, as it contains a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment if necessary.

What to Bring

A successful appointment requires the right documentation. For a standard marriage registration, both partners must be present. You must bring valid government-issued identification (ID card or passport) and a certified copy of your birth register. If you have been married before, proof of the dissolution of the previous marriage is required. We strongly recommend downloading our checklist before your visit to ensure you do not have to make a second trip.

Urgent Inquiries

While we primarily operate by appointment, we understand that some matters cannot wait. For urgent cases, such as imminent birth registrations or death certificates, we offer a limited number of “emergency slots” each morning between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. These slots are first-come, first-served. Please report to the reception desk immediately upon arrival and state the nature of your emergency so we can prioritize your case.
